Heart Holding for Weary Souls

So many of us are struggling with feeling a longing for something we can’t quite name.

We are looking for a map to find our way back, but we aren’t sure to what.

There’s a vague feeling of loss, confusion, or maybe a more intense overwhelm and an inability to tolerate what is unfolding in our hearts, bodies, homes and our world.

We aren’t sure what joy is anymore or who we even are.

Many of us are experiencing chronic illness or symptoms.

There is a sense that we are standing on the edge - or downright smack in the middle of - personal and collective transition, and our hearts are calling out for witness, eldership, tribe, and rooted community. For clarity and a holding we know we can lean into. For sovereignty and reconnection to our wholeness.

Mostly, we are so tired of holding everything all the time, all alone.

I’m Here To Tell You - You Make Sense

I know you are longing to meet the demands of your life and culture with clarity, stability, and capacity.

You know deep inside that there is a “you” who is clear, capable, creative and compassionate, wise and joyful. A you who is whole and expansive and alive and able to hold life in its fullest expression with clarity and grace.

But instead you are exhausted. Full stop.

This is absolutely understandable.

As a collective, we are facing unprecedented levels of stress. This on top of being unsupported through own journeys as women living in this time.

In all of this, we are lacking some of the most crucial resources necessary for thriving and meeting these challenges with wholehearted capacity, namely: support, community, elders, tradition, ritual and tribe. Basically all the things humans need to remember that we are held, we are magical and we are not alone in whatever we face. That our sacred humanity is something to be witnessed, embraced and honored.

Instead, we are expected to weather the collapse of culture along with all of our own sacred transitions and personal histories without these resources.

Now, more than ever, we find ourselves in this place in history where our souls are demanding our return to wholeness, not just individually, but in connection with others.

Let’s Do This Together

Blending trauma-informed, practical healing modalities with deep emotional and spiritual exploration, I walk alongside women who are coming back into their wholeness. Women who are crossing sacred thresholds in their lives, and longing to be held and witnessed, as it was meant to be.

I hold an unwavering, unconditional belief in the absolute wonder and magic that you bring to this world and your ability to find that again.

Things We Explore Together

  • Tuning into your body’s cues and your nervous system’s needs

  • Identifying and honoring the parts of you that have been neglected or silenced

  • Mothering your inner child with the love, presence, and care she never received

  • Letting go of old roles and ways of being that once helped you survive but are no longer serving you

  • Exploring unconscious meanings you’ve assigned to your past experiences that quietly continue to drive your experience of the world today, and metabolizing old and new grief

  • Reconnecting with your joy, your dreams, your voice, and your needs

  • Understanding that the thing you think is holding you back from life is actually your path to life

 Meet Stephanie

I’m a highly sensitive, neurodivergent mom to 5 grown kids who spent many years feeling anxious and overwhelmed and disconnected from myself as I struggled to parent well at the same time I was healing from childhood trauma. In 2012, chronic pain became my teacher - a mirror that led me on a journey of healing that helped me let go of what had been necessary for my survival, but was no longer serving me. It was a long, winding road home to my innate wholeness, something that we all possess but have likely forgotten. I am forever grateful for the journey, and take incredible joy walking alongside other women in their journeys home to their own hearts and wholeness.

In my coaching work, I bring my own 25-year healing journey, combined with my background in social work, experience as a trauma recovery coach, and my professional training and certifications in various trauma recovery models to bring a holistic approach to helping my clients address the emotional, physical and spiritual effects of living life disconnected, unsupported and overwhelmed in a culture that often leaves women exhausted, empty and burned out.

I bring humor and my humanity into this sacred space, with so much permission for clients to come just as they are, as we explore authentic paths home to ourselves. It is my absolute joy and immense privilege to walk alongside other women on their beautiful, heroic journeys home to themselves.

And the day came when the pain of staying in a tight bud was greater than the risk it takes to bloom. Bloom, my children. ~DKT
