Coaching Options
In our culture, so many of us are so deeply unsupported as we navigate the challenges of all the things we go through as women and mothers. After working as a trauma recovery coach for several years, I noticed a pattern of some of the barriers that keep women from getting the help they need and remaining unsupported: busy schedules, lack of financial resources, lack of childcare, and the frustration of waiting for our appointments to address issues, among others.
At the same time, I began to notice that my body was wholeheartedly rejecting sitting at a chair and staring at a computer for hours a day. I’ve learned that this isn’t something to be pathologized - it’s something to be noticed and accommodated, with compassion. I’ve spent quite a bit of time musing on how to meet the needs of more women without dishonoring my own body’s needs.
I eventually landed on offering a 1:1 asynchronous coaching option where women can exchange voice (or text) notes with me during the week and feel supported in their challenges in an on-going, real time, affordable way that meets them where they are. Clients can choose phone coaching with or without asynchronous voice coaching, or asynchronous voice coaching alone. And neither of us has to sit at a computer and stare at a screen, in case you’re allergic to that too. :)
One-to-one asynchronous voice coaching explained:
Affordable support for women who are in need of an accessible, on-demand, real-time option that doesn’t require sitting at a computer for an hour, waiting for your weekly or biweekly appointment to address issues that come up, or getting a babysitter in order to access attuned, compassionate support to further your healing and connection back to yourself.
Exchange voice notes with me during the week (M-Th) and feel supported on your healing journey in an on-going, real-time, affordable way that meets you where you are.
How It Works:
Sessions are offered in 30 minute increments to use as needed. Send me a voice note and I will respond as soon as possible and definitely within 24 hours. We will go back and forth for a total of 30 minutes. Once we reach the 30 minute limit, that will conclude that “session” and you are free to start a new one anytime. Note: If you prefer texting, you can text me and I will reply via a voice note. Please see pricing structure below.
I aim to keep things as easy as possible. Once you have filled out some initial paperwork, we will schedule a time that works for you for an “onboarding call.” This helps us get to know each other, share with me what you are looking for support around and any goals or needs you have, and make sure that the support I offer is appropriate for your situation. After that, you can access the on-demand, asynchronous coaching in two simple steps - venmo me for the support you’d like (see options below), and send me a voice note on Voxer. Links will be provided by text after our onboarding call.
Who this is for:
Women who are already on a healing path who would benefit from real-time check ins during the week that support your journey. You may already see a therapist or coach weekly and would appreciate this additional support, or you may be engaged in weekly phone coaching with me. You may have already been through therapy and desire ongoing support to continue your journey
Women who are already actively engaged in a brain retraining program for chronic conditions but would like someone to check in with regularly who can support your practice with an emphasis on a trauma informed and gentle approach to come home to yourself
Women who are just getting started on a healing journey and would like some help figuring out where to begin
Who this is not for:
Women who are facing current abuse or thoughts of harming self or others need the skilled intensive guidance of a licensed mental health team. I want to see you have all the support you need and cannot be the only source of support for women who are actively in danger or at risk of harming themselves or others. Please visit the resource page for help in any crisis.

Who I Work With
Most of the women I work with are seeking somatic-based healing modalities and nervous system attunement strategies, along with an Internal Family Systems-informed approach (parts work) to navigate finding peace in our increasingly chaotic world. Most are highly sensitive and have a history of trauma or chronic, intense stress (sometimes resulting in chronic health conditions) and are looking for a deep, lasting balm for their overwhelmed and weary souls and a return home to their inherent wholeness. They are craving a down-to-earth exceedingly human experience with someone who feels more like a mom, an older sister or a peer. I work with women at all stages of life and we learn to embrace our deep humanness together. I’ll never tell you what to do or how to heal. I’ll just be here, waiting to listen and support you on your journey. I’m chock full of resources and connections to help my clients find all the support they need. We are so multi-faceted and I offer the ability to see a bigger picture and hold support as women seek healing for body, mind and heart.
